1. V-Points: Earn & Redeem
V-Points are our way of saying "Thank You" for your support. Every point you earn brings you closer to your next harvest with extra savings.
How to Earn V-Points
- Purchases: Earn 1 V-Point for every 1 € spent on Vivosun.com. Points will be automatically credited to your account once your order status is marked as "Finished" (delivered and confirmed).
- Account Sign-up: Create an account to receive an instant 420 V-Points bonus.
- Product Reviews (Standard): Earn up to 200 V-Points for sharing your honest feedback on your purchased items. Once you meet the minimum text requirement (at least 50 characters, excluding spacing), you will receive 30 points. Including a photograph in your review will earn you 60 points, and if your review includes a video longer than 5 seconds, you will receive an extra 40 points. What's even more thrilling is that if your review is chosen as a high-quality review by us, you will be entitled to receive up to 100 additional points.

How to Redeem
- Direct Discount: Every 100 V-Points = 1 EUR discount. You can apply points directly at checkout to slash up to 60% off your total order price (excluding tax, shipping costs, and insurance).
- Points Mall: Exchange your accumulated points for exclusive Vivosun merch and specialized growing accessories in our Points Mall.
Note: V-Points are valid for 12 months. Points earned from returned products will be deducted from your balance.
2. VDays: Member Exclusive Events
When Are VDays?
VDays events are typically centered on the fourth Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the month. When a VDays event is held, it will always include these three core days.
Events may occasionally extend beyond these dates or coincide with other holidays. Specific dates, details, and confirmation of each event will be announced through official channels. Please note that events are subject to change or cancellation at the company's discretion.

VDays are our premier shopping events dedicated exclusively to our registered members. During these periods, Vivosun members may enjoy:

4. Program Terms & Conditions
- V-Points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of vivosun.com.
- Points cannot be applied to shipping fees or taxes.
- Vivosun reserves the right to adjust point values or program rules at its discretion.
- Any misuse of the program (e.g., fraudulent reviews or multiple accounts) will result in point forfeiture and account suspension.
